BUG: VCs are shown on subspace level without being members to parent space / subspace

Describe the bug A clear and concise description of what the bug is.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to https://acc-alkem.io/admin/spaces/vcs3/challenges/subspace-ch-9756/community
  2. Add VC that is not member of the parent - error is thrown image.png

Expected behavior For normal users in order to be possible to be added as members to a subspace, they need to be members of parent community. TBD re VC??
