BUG: no visual feedback when sending an invitation to an external user

Describe the bug Invite an external user to a space, the mutation is triggered and the user is invited - but there is no visual indication

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to a space community settings
  2. Invite an external user by email

Expected behavior There is a clear message stating that "An invitation has been sent to [email protected]"
