Callout Template cards: refinement for platform library

Description

Unfortunately, we overlooked a couple of things when designing the first iteration of the callout template cards. To better align and be more clear to the user, we'd like to update these cards now we're bringing callouts to the platform library.

Acceptance criteria

• [ ] Card as per design, showing:
  • [ ] CategoryOutlined icon
  • [ ] Template title
  • [ ] Template description (2/3 lines? the complete card should be of the same height as the others in the innovation library 'browse materials' block)
  • [ ] Contribution type (Callout type)
  • [ ] Template tags
  • [ ] Innovation pack
  • [ ] Some code cleanup will be needed
