Add reference to contribution directly

Description

As a user I want to directly add a reference to my contribution in a call for post. Especially when I am asked for relevant articles

Acceptance criteria

• [ ] Use same dialog for create post contribution as the one for creating post callout, without the switch to allow comments
• [ ] (include the ability to add references directly)
