BUG: When publishing post callout on Dashboard right, at first it is shown as draft

Describe the bug A clear and concise description of what the bug is.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to https://dev.alkem.io/callouts-hub/dashboard
  2. Create Post callout and directly publish it - the entity is created successfully, but the initial state is shown as DRAFT (After refresh has the correct state) image.png

Expected behavior The initial state of published post callout is correct after it is created.

The issue is still reproducible on ACC env for any type of callout on DASHBOARD right.
