BUG(UAT): Comments are not scrolled, when user types a comment and other users are commenting

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to https://acc.alkem.io/hub-release-07-11-2022/challenges/aht-6622/explore/callouts/challenge-welcome
2. Authenticate with multiple users
3. 2 of the users are sending comment, while 1 is writing its own - the new comments are not scrolled to the bottom

Expected behavior All new pushed comments (on comments callout or card comments area) are displayed to each user, even, while they are typing.
