Description

Creating an effective set of processes and information flows so that the whole Alkemio organization and community can interact effectively

Hypothesis

By having our information flows effective we can better make progress on what we are doing, and in a more enjoyable way. By having a better roadmap for what we are working on we can better inform our customers regarding timelines for functionality they care about.

Acceptance criteria and must have scope

• [ ] Feature maturity lifecycle in active usage
• [ ] Usage of additional level "Initiative" to group Epics
• [ ] Usage of Themes via labels
• [ ] Agreed rules for ways of working: e.g. assignig someone from prod + dev to every initiative
• [ ] Visualization of the roadmap
• [ ] Capacity planning, with sizing across multiple resource groups (dev, UX, PO etc)
• [ ] Data driven planning => ability to analyze the data via tools such as Excel
• [ ] Updated set of meetings in use (e.g. product steercom)
