Transparency on Space settings/library/etc for Space members

Description

As a Space member, I want to understand how this Space is set up. I want to know what the Space library holds, I want to know if I can add callouts, etc. I want to look these things up, but also be informed in context, e.g. when I can't add a callout.

Goal

Making the Space settings as transparent as possible

Hypothesis

Users, especially those who are member in multiple Spaces, will be aware of the various settings a Space can have and will be less confused by things that they can do in one space, but not in the other. Users will be more aware of the flexibility of the Spaces and thus find it easier to imagine different usecases than their own.
