Library: templates for member guidelines + callouts

Description

Templates are key to using Alkemio. They help users to efficiently set up collaboration, inspire action, and learn from best practices. Adding Callouts will significantly help users to set up their space and get quick value. Member guidelines were recently added as a functionality on the platform. Since we can't expect all admins to be seasoned community managers, we need examples and best practices to help them in using this functionality in a meaningful way.

Goal

Increasing the value of using Alkemio by providing easy-to-use best practices

Hypothesis

If we add callouts and mg to the library, we should see people using these, and as a result richer mg's in more places and higher quality of callouts.
