Bucket: Forum improvements

Description

A bucket for improvements to our forum. This epic is not to be worked on, but a way to temporarily group issues around this feature. When issues are picked up, a new, more specific, epic should be created for them.

Goal

Maintaining a clean product backlog by grouping issues that have been raised but are not yet in the pipeline.
