This epic aims to improve the overall user experience by providing clear and effective guidance within the existing features of our platform. We recognize that users often need assistance while interacting with complex functionality, and well-designed guidance can enhance usability, reduce errors, and boost user confidence. This epic focuses on embedding intuitive guidance mechanisms throughout the platform to empower users and ensure they can navigate and utilize features seamlessly.

Goal

The primary goal of this epic is to enhance user satisfaction and efficiency by integrating context-aware guidance directly into the platform's current functionality. By doing so, we aim to reduce user frustration, increase feature adoption, and ultimately contribute to a positive perception of our product.

Hypothesis

We hypothesize that by strategically implementing guidance cues, tooltips, contextual help, and clear instructions within the existing functionality, users will:

• Discover features more easily: Clear guidance will lead users to discover and understand features without extensive trial and error.
• Perform tasks confidently: Contextual cues will empower users to perform complex tasks with confidence, minimizing errors.
