Shared component library in Figma (prod-client)

Description

As a developer, I want to get designs that are based on the components that we already have as much as possible. As a designer, I want to know which components are available on the platform, so I can base my designs on these.

Acceptance criteria

• [ ] DEV List of components created by dev team: names, screenshots (eg pageContentBlock, pageContentBlockHeader, etc)
• [ ] PROD Figma library file with all client components
• [ ] PROD Include dev names/titles for each component
• [ ] TBD: Listing all locations/instances of the component?
