Search: add innovation library results

Description

The global search gives the impression that a user can search through the entire platform, but currently, this is not the case. Adding best practices to the results is improving the experience, other types of search results are handled in #1154.

Initiative / goal

Better search results improve the user experience. Also, this enriches the experience since also when they are not looking for it, users can be surprised with interesting content
