Community roles: Process guide, community lead
Description
Working with our communities has taught us that there is a small chance of success when a Space (or any collaboration) doesn't have clear roles and assigned tasks. Key roles are the role of the:
- Community manager (ensuring the community stays engaged)
- and the process guide / change navigator (ensures the right innovation flow is chosen, steps are taken, clarity for the community where they are and where they are going)
We currently support Lead, we may want to split that role into two to force our customers to think about it
