Search: Add forum, and help content to the search results
Description
As a user, I expect the global search to give me all possible content. When I want to find a stakeholder map, I don't go to library > search, but instead, I just use the global search. This holds especially for searches for help.

Users use the global search for anything, not only journeys, users, and content

On global search results page,
- [ ] Add a block with Forum results
- [ ] Add a block with help results (I'm aware that this isn't straightforward).

@SimoneZaza this is actually most definitely an epic, can you please re-raise it as such?
@SimoneZaza also ties in with comments / discussions are not searchable at the moment, and is a significant architectural change to enable this
@SimoneZaza this epic needs to be split: innovation library results can be handled easily enough, but forum / help is a big deal. Can you please split it?
