Suggestion for hand pump

Hand pump is very cool as its very usefull when connecting hatches to Endr io conduits, as thay will instantly feel with random fluid,but waht about making pump have 2 modes, 1 will take fluid out of machines and second one to put it into tank OR input slot of machine
