Industrial coke oven not working properly

Issue Title

GTNH 2090 rc2

Expected Behavior

Industrial coke oven not working when muffler hatch in top layer, but good working on bottom layer.

Current Behavior

Possible Solution

I think it need change description in industrial coke oven(1x muffler hatch(bottom layer)) or fix muffler hatch in top layer.
