SWTOR Takes 17 Minutes to Run After Clicking Play on Launcher

Hi, I'm posting this after a suggestion by a member of the WineHQ forum: https://forum.winehq.org/viewtopic.php?f=8&t=27318&p=107318#p107318 Could you take a look at the posts I have made, steps I have taken and screen shots I have provided and let me know if perhaps the 4-year-old swtor_fix.exe could be updated to resolve my 17 minute wait after clicking Play before the game runs?
