i think it's a valid use case that someone wants the latest d2 and a stable tala. the install script shouldn't override that.

support specifying diagram configurations in d2. E.g. `layout: x`, `theme: x`. That way we can write integrations without having to deal with settings.

We should enforce a min resolution for png exports.
