1. The mentioned link does not work! It's no longer there :'( may you update the README file?!
2. Does it still work? I'm going to install it on Ubuntu 14.04; I have a huge list of srt file and I hope this help me.

actually it's a long time that I didn't have any free time to update this script, you can try the web based version subitlefixer.ir if you like

web interface supports uploading zip files, compress your srt files into a .zip file and then upload it

also you can run the script with this command

python subtitlefixer *.srt

(I don't know if it works any more)

Where are the web app files? Is it open source? I'd like to install it on my laptop locally.
