Bump some packages for CMake 4 compatibility

@ktf @sawenzel : I tried to build O2 with my latest system CMake 4.1. On top of this PR, we need some patches to FairRoot, FairLogger, Ppconsul, JAlien-ROOT, and some simulation packages. I have already opened PRs for the GSI stuff, and pinged Max and Vasco for Ppconsul and JAlien-ROOT.

For the simulation, right now I had to disable pythia6, HepMC, hijing, AEGIS, Geant3, which all set a minimum CMake version below 3.5, which is no longer supported. Should we try to fix these packages, so we can bump CMake?
