Description of the feature / 需求描述

大部分人都是直接使用jellyfin播放本地视频，但还要折腾刮削，还要整理视频文件名称，感觉很麻烦，不喜欢折腾也不需要花哨的UI。希望和其他在线网盘一样，直接目录点进去通过alist的web就能看。但现在web直接放比较挑格式，很多mkv老格式看不了。希望在有jellyfin的情况下，web打开本地视频时能从jellyfin获取视频流

1. mkv 格式可以播放
2. 据我所知，Jellyfin 向外暴露的接口始终作为数据源而不是播放器，这其中牵扯太大，而且明知道 Web 兼容性不好，还使用 Web 播放而不是下面一堆本地播放器？？？
