希望别名模式可以指定一个操作的驱动

别名模式下是不允许 (复制,删除,重命名,离线下载,上传) v3.34.0现在别名支持 删除、重命名两个操作

现在有一个使用场景:视频刮削 对于云盘来说，视频刮削会上传很多零碎的小文件，有QPS限制，但是如果我们定一个本地存储来存放刮削的数据，并且使用别名，两个文件夹合并成一个，对于emby plex jellyfind等等是无感的

Suggested solution / 实现思路

我们定义(复制,删除,重命名,离线下载,上传)是操作，那么我们是不是可以指定一个驱动，来只响应操作，其余的驱动还是只读。 对于操作到了只读的驱动，可以不予响应或者响应拒绝 这样刮削的数据是存在本地的
