alist无法识别 ' 这个符号

夸克网盘

Describe the bug / 问题描述

当上传的文件夹名字中包含 ' 这个符号时,上传后这个符号会编程乱码,导致无法识别到这个文件夹名字进行上传

Reproduction / 复现链接

出现bug的alist运行在群晖系统上,我只尝试了使用夸克网盘,没有尝试在其它系统和其它驱动中是否有这种情况,但是这个文件夹通过夸克的官方渠道上传可以正常识别 首先挂载夸克网盘,然后上传名字为"Assassin's Creed Valhalla"的文件夹,即可复现
