Use Crypt To Watch Video Slow

Describe the bug / 问题描述

Directly use quark to watching video which is working well. But after using crypt , video play become very slow. And I have tried another alist crypt project: https://github.com/traceless/alist-encrypt. It can play encrypted video fluently.So I think maybe there is some bug ?
