自動將無法連接的Alist V2/V3禁用(占用大量RAM的主因之一)

Description of the feature / 需求描述

當Alist V2/V3無法連接後會自動重試， 但我發現重試是每秒重試4次且完全沒有停止的一直重試， 這樣導致log檔案越來越大且會使用非常大量的RAM(512MB以上)。

Suggested solution / 实现思路

掛載的Alist V2/V3存儲若發生錯誤並且錯誤次數到達一定程度時自動禁用， 例如設定錯誤40次(4次/秒 共10秒)自動禁用該存儲， 在後台顯示 XXXX存儲失敗次數過多，請確認存儲設定。 之類的提示訊息。
