Max Closed doesn't allow for 0 value

I'm using Lutron Serena shades which use 0 for closed and 100 for open. I think of it as percentage of sun you want in the room. I assumed the "0 is Closed" option would allow me to support this without an additional node but it doesn't work as intended.

I'm not able to set "Max Closed" to 0. Am I thinking about this correctly?
