Support OAUTH for new JIRA REST API

Hi, would love if this supported OAUTH tokens (rather than naked username/passwords). Interested in possibly contributing myself.

I am wondering that this does not already exist. I just started playing around with the Bob Swift CLI plugins for Bamboo and Confluence and would like to see OAuth support as well!
