Raise awareness in alire-index checks for submitted crates that have external or unindexed dependencies
Instead of silently succeeding, something between failing and success would be useful, but not sure this exist in GitHub.
In the case of https://github.com/alire-project/alire-index/pull/136, there was no libfuse.toml at all in the index so in my opinion this should always be an error.
