Show latest addition / updates on website

There doesn't seem to be an easy, end-user friendly way of learning which crates have been added our updated recently. It would be nice to have such a list prominently on the main Alire website. This would also make a nice teaser for people who don't want to browse the whole list or look for a specific software. This is an example of how it's done on crates.io (I don't think we need all of those categories):

Number of downloads we cannot do because we are not delivering the sources from our own infrastructure like Cargo is.

For the new crates and "just updated", we would have to look at the date of the commit message I guess. @mosteo from the website point of view, the easiest way would be for alr show --jekyll to provide this info.
