it gets to the part there it loads the grapahic gui then the screen goes black, was trying to run this one on my older gigabyte which is

3D card is an Nvidia Geforce RTX 2080 and Gigabyte G1.Assassin 2 (rev. 1.0) Intel® X79 Chipset motherboard hardware with ddr3 memory in, I been able to run builds like, archlinux-gui-gnome-2022.07-x86_64, arcolinuxb-gnome-v23.03.01-x86_64, garuda-dr460nized-gaming-linux-zen-230319, manjaro-gnome-22.0.5-230316-linux61, Calam-Arch-Installer-2023-04, manjaro-gnome-next-23.04-development-unstable-230408-linux61 and ubuntu and other versions of linux fine, also used openSUSE-Tumbleweed.

but for whatever reason either the pure gnome gui will work or alinstaller-2022.11.02-v47-x86_64 after using rufus to put it on my USB drive, it goes to the part where it loads the GUI desktop and then the screen goes black and it loses the connection to my monitors display it displays stuff until that part of it. the older desktop is using the display port connection, and my xbox is using the htmi 1 connection, my newer pc running windows 11 is using the htmi 2 connection on the same monitor, when it loses the display on the older pc, the monitor will switch over to the htmi 2 connection to my other desktop computer,my new monitor I got earlier this year is an M28U Gigabyte brand. it supports 4k resolution under windows and linux, and has HDR support too.
