New version of Boxer coming?

Hi All,

Do you have maybe any information if there will be an updated version of Boxer (64bit etc)? I like this tool a lot and would like to continue using it without a need to switch to "pure" DosBox.

The context behind this request may not be obvious.

macOS Mojave is issuing a 32-bit warning for Boxer:

“Boxer” is not optimised for your Mac.
This app needs to be updated by its developer to improve compatibility.

Apple states that 32-bit support will be dropped at a yet-to-be-defined date, meaning that Boxer in its current form “will not be compatible with macOS in the future“.

This issue would probably be better titled “64-bit release needed for continued macOS compatibility” or similar.

For what it's worth, a 64-bit branch already exists and is significantly more recent than the master branch.

Thank you and its true the issue is already open. I was wondering if there is any new info since last update?
