Ignore shortcuts for an appplication

Name of the feature

The idea is to disable Lunar hotkeys while an application is focused.

What problem does this feature solve?

Lunar shortcuts are useful but may sometimes collides with the ones from an application with the same shortcuts. Some other application, like Magnet, have the option to ignore the shortcuts while an application is focused.

Currently the only option is to disable all hotkeys from Lunar, as discussed in #381.

How should the feature work

I suppose something similar to how Magnet does things. When an application is focused, click the Lunar icon in the top bar, then in the menu generate an entry Ignore The App.

As discussed in #381, this issue is just here to fill in a feature idea, but its implementation is gated by its usefulness to lot of users.
