Carriage return appended to lines

Hi- It appears that a carriage return character is appended to each line in the output of --type variation (I don't know about other options):

pysamstats --type variation --fasta GRCh38.fa aln.bam | cat -vet | head

I don't know if this is intentional but I personally I would prefer to have the carriage return removed.

This is with pysamstats version: 1.1.0.dev0 (pysam 0.14.1)
