pysamstats/opt.pyx
Yes apologies, the cython source file is missing from the current distribution of pysamsats on PyPI. Workaround is to uninstall cython, install pysamstats (which will then compile from the generated C which is included in the distribution), then reinstall cython.
This problem is fixed in master (so you can alternatively install from github) and so should be fixed in the next release.
