Set userInteractionEnable to false when dragging ends and animation is in progress

The issue is user can swipe, and then release and really fast select the cell that is about to be deleted. isDragging is set to false in gesture ended so it can't be used for this purpose

It would be nice to disable user interaction while this animation is in progress
