DESKTOP VERSION NOT WORKING PROPERLY FOR ME

Please help me, i installed Avatarify+Desktop+v0.10 on my nitro 5 gtx 1650, it install successfully but when you start the software, it keep shaking as if you are fast forwarding a video please help me

i also try to install via miniconda it went successful but when i run run_windows.bat and the camera pop up, when i click X it will start lagging , i have search and i cant find solution for any of this problem, please if someone have encountered this same issue and have solution please help me out in solving this

If you have nvidia GPU Rtx or gtx dm now let's fix the lagging
