why is my avatar lagging???
You have to understand: You're running this program on a third party site, which is not designed for this specific software, rendering it on their hardware, sending it through to ngrok on their own servers (which can also be pretty laggy since it's free), and sending it to wherever you are in the world (you could also have slow internet speeds with high latency).
"Lagging", could mean 1 of 2 things: High ping or a poor Google Colab runtime session

You could check that your ngrok location is as close to your region as possible. If it's not, you can learn how to change that here

You should also check if you're connected to a standard runtime on Google Colab (you shouldn't be anyways). This shouldn't be an issue
The issue is probably just the fact that this is a very intensive program that is running from servers far away from you, so you should expect some input delay. It's just how it is currently, since you're not running anything on your GPU.
I have followed the video tutorial, and it is lagging on mine. I do not use google or anything.
@ochen1 I think they had the same symptoms (lagging avatar) but it has it's own issue now: #353
