Depthmap Meshroom error

Open Nobelmusket opened this issue 2 years ago • 2 comments

I recently got Meshroom and have attempted to use it but no matter what I try I get an error when it reaches the Depth map stage The error message that i get is this one:

[18:18:48.164393][error] cudaGetDeviceCount failed: CUDA driver version is insufficient for CUDA runtime version [18:18:48.164393][error] This program needs a CUDA-Enabled GPU (with at least compute capablility 2.0)

is there a way that i can get this to work with out the CUDA driver or is there no way to bypass this?

If you don't have a CUDA enabled GPU (like Nvidia stuff) you can still run it but it will results in low quality. See https://meshroom-manual.readthedocs.io/en/latest/faq/needs-cuda/needs-cuda.html which will send you to https://github.com/alicevision/meshroom/wiki/Draft-Meshing .
