[localization] bug: refineSequence must use a copy of intrinsics
When every frame has different intrinsics we are using the intrinsics directly in BA (ie a pointer to), but the BA can fail and modify anyway the intrinsics. Need to use a copy and add an update step of the original values at the end of the function
