Apple iPhone SE Camera Sensor Update

Looks like the metadata for the original iPhone SE 2016 changed in some recent updates and has not yet been implemented into the database.

To get Meshroom to recognize my device automatically I had to update the database as follows by adding '(1st generation)' to the model:
