MouseGestures2_e10s.uc.js cannot run on custom Firefox pages

For example, I want to perform the mouse gesture of "close tab" on the customized Firefox page, but it has no effect. But using the "close tab" mouse gesture on the settings page is fine. I noticed that there is no address in the address bar of the "Customize Firefox" page, but the "Settings" page shows the address as about:preferences. Is this the reason why the mouse gestures cannot work on the "Customize Firefox" page? In fact, this problem does not affect daily use, but I hope someone can help me with this problem. It doesn't matter if mouse gestures never work on "custom Firefox" pages, I just want to know why. thank you all.
