2021.1版本使用nacos-config依然需要引入spring-cloud-starter-bootstrap，后续会去掉这个依赖吗，毕竟SpringCloud已经正式删除了这个依赖

I think these are only set in sprockets and propshaft. If you use neither the setting arent' present. I could add that to the config.assets opening paragraph.

Hmm, config.assets.css_compressor is set by sassc-rails which hasn't been updated in 5 years.

I'd hate to suggest it but maybe a table for the different values by plugin, then I'm also wondering if we should just leave it up to those gems to document their own settings and keep the main docs focused on what new applications use, propshaft.
