Describe the bug 有的用户需要高版本的 fun，但是下载后，vscode 会自动回滚到旧版本

To Reproduce 下载新版本，执行 vscode 操作

Expected behavior 如果 vscode 的内置版本低于已经存在的 fun，可以考虑不自动替换
