Return a hint when user tries :8848/nacos/ for console in Nacos 3.x

In Nacos 3.x, the default URL of Nacos console changes from http://IP:8848/nacos to http://IP:8080/. If user isn't aware of this, he/she will feel suprised when visiting the old console URL and seeing a 404 error.
Describe the solution you'd like
The Java startup port is already 8080, how can I identify a port path of 8848? Is it because of this reason that I start a Java project to specifically identify port 8848?
In nacos 3, 8080 is the port of console. The api port is still 8848. I’m now working on supporting nacos 3 in Higress standalone now.
