Add iOS real device information into macaca-doctor

It would be nice to detect iOS real device currently connected and shows its information inside macaca doctor https://github.com/macacajs/macaca-doctor

  • iPhone name and model
  • iOS version
  • udid

this should be possible with some comand line parsing of instruments output
