Concisely describe the proposed feature 希望ilogtail 在采集kubernetes终端输出时，增加ExternalK8sAnnotationsTag 参数支持通过容器的原数据annotations 中的字段追加到日志采集中

Additional comments 比如我希望在deploy中定义的 annotations.domain 作为额外信息最佳到日志字段中

因为该字段为中文不支持lable字段定义，同时也不想通过env环境注入模式
