The project itself doesn't work when the node version is higher than 17

Running npm run init with a node version higher than 17 causes ssl problems.

dumi v1 版本的底层依赖问题，ahooks v4 会升级 dumi 到 v2，届时这个问题就解决了。目前 ahooks master 分支只能用 Node.js v16 版本开发
