useRequest自定义缓存, 能否支持异步getCache

像是钉钉缓存相关的JSAPI，或者ahooks官网说的IndexDB，都不是在当前宏事件里可以返回结果的。所以希望getCache可以支持异步函数。截屏2022-06-21 上午11 37 11

这个希望能支持一下，使用 localForage 的时候返回的是 Promise，目前只能设置在 localstorage 里面
