你好，我想认领此issue，目前我会去从以下三个部分去做了解：

  1. gateway api规范
  2. istio中有关wasm plugin结合gateway api进行路由绑定的方式
  3. 当前higress中涉及到wasm plugin在路由层面的相关实现

然后整理出一些调研结果以及预计的实现方案
